dispatch & delivery
On receipt of confirmation of payment from Pay Pal Stephen Taylor Prints will process your order as quickly as possible. Our artist supervised and signed prints are produced in small batches, so up to 15 working days should be allowed before dispatch from the UK.
Immediately your package is dispatched you will be sent dispatch confirmation and a tracking number by e mail. Your package is insured in transit up to the point that you or your representative signs for receipt.
packing and unpacking
Giclee prints are rolled and covered with a protective plastic sleeve, then placed inside a heavy weight tube. Lambda prints are rolled with a protective paper covering and then placed inside a heavy weight tube.
To avoid damage prints should be removed from the tube with care. We recommend that Lambda prints should be unpacked by your framer.
Larger orders are flat packed in a protective board sandwich and professionally custom-crated for shipping.
Lambda Prints
Lambda prints need to be handled with the care appropriate to archival photographic images. To avoid accidental nicks or scuffs prior to mounting we strongly recommend that prints delivered in shipping tubes are first unrolled by a professional framer.
